2005年5月にCPレストランはオープンしました。
お店が立ち並ぶ賑やかな行政道路から、
小さな路地を回ると目の前に緑溢れるガーデンが広がり、
店内に一歩足を踏み入れると、
白を基調とした清潔感ある
スタイリッシュモダンが非日常を演出してくれます。

With the desire to create a modern and stylish restaurant that anyone can casually visit, CP Restaurant opened its doors in Tokorozawa in May 2005. As you turn from the bustling main road lined with shops, you’ll find a green garden spreading before you down a small alley. Stepping inside the restaurant, you’ll be greeted by a clean and stylish modern atmosphere, predominantly in white, creating an ambiance that transports you to an extraordinary experience.

CP Restaurant の「CP」は、
フランス語の Cœur et Passion ─「心と情熱」を意味します。
私たちが大切にしているのは、
ただ料理をつくることではなく、そこに込める想いです。
一皿ごとにお客様の心に響く体験を届けたい。
そのために、素材選びから仕立て方、
そして提供の瞬間まで、すべてに情熱を注ぎ込んでいます。

At CP Restaurant, “CP” stands for Cœur et Passion in French — meaning “Heart and Passion.” What we value most is not just creating dishes, but the feelings we put into them. With every plate, we strive to deliver an experience that resonates with the hearts of our guests. From the selection of ingredients to the way each dish is crafted, and even the moment it is served, we pour our passion into every detail.

白一面の壁にはパリの風景をはじめ、
心躍らせる画が並ぶ。
テーブル上のクロスもスタッフの
ユニフォームも白と黒で統一される。
その空間にあなたという「人」のカラーが加わる。
モノトーンの中に浮かび上がる「あなた」と
「皿の上の料理」と「花」はさらに鮮明に光り輝く。
まるで映画のワンシーンのように。

Inside the restaurant, the walls, predominantly white, are adorned with captivating artworks depicting scenes from Paris and beyond. The tabletop cloths and the staff’s uniforms are also unified in black and white. In this space, your own personal “color” adds to the mix. Amidst the monochrome setting, “you” stand out, as do the “dishes on the table” and the “flowers,” all shining even more vividly, much like a scene from a movie.
